Redeeming Twitch Gift Cards

Whether you purchase a Twitch gift card from a physical retailer, or you receive a digital gift card code, you must enter the code into your Wallet.

To redeem your Twitch Gift Card, visit twitch.tv/redeem and log into your Twitch account.

You can also redeem your gift card during checkout on any channel on twitch.tv.

Clicking Redeem Now during checkout will allow you to enter your code and select your country of residence.

Twitch Gift Cards & Mobile Devices

I only have a mobile device. How can I redeem and use my gift card on mobile?

You can redeem gift cards purchased on Amazon by clicking on the gift card code in the email that you would have received (or by visiting twitch.tv/redeem via your mobile browser). These instructions are not applicable for physical gift cards.

Unfortunately, gift card balance is not available for usage in Twitch Mobile Apps. You can access and use your gift card balance by visiting the following pages in your mobile browser (you may be asked to log-in to your Twitch account):

• bits.twitch.tv
• subs.twitch.tv

If you use your gift card balance to purchase a product on the mobile web then those benefits (e.g. subscription emotes, subscription benefits, Bits balance) will be available on the mobile apps and on twitch.tv.
