Compatibility:

• Compatible with iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, iPhone 12, 12 Pro, and 12 Pro Max when used with a magnetic phone case.

Important Notes:

• For optimal performance, use a power adapter with at least 12W output (adapter not included).
• Not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases (e.g., OtterBox Defender).
• Magnetic and metal attachments (such as cards, keys, or pop grips) may interfere with charging.
• Maximum magnetic charging speed is 7.5W.
• Some heat generation during charging or discharging is normal due to energy loss in transmission.
• Charging indicators are located at the bottom of the device: when fully charged, the four left-side indicators will turn off after 10 minutes, while the right-most indicator will continue to flash.
• The charger cannot be manually powered off.
• Does not support simultaneous charging of two devices. The device connected via cable takes priority over the one charging wirelessly.
• Not recommended for use with the iPhone 12/13 Mini due to size incompatibility.
